Plasma Bubbles Are Connecting KRIS with the World

 

For our 4th and final installment in the KRIS Equatorial Plasma Bubble Series, we are very proud to share some of our most recent advancements in industry-related research.
We are extremely proud to be presenting our Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS) which was developed to assist in aircraft landing based on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals.

In collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Limited (AEROTHAI),
Electronic Navigation Research Institute, Japan (ENRI), NEC Corporation of Thailand and Japan, and Japan Radio Air Navigation Systems Association (JRANSA),
we at KRIS are excited to see our project initiations and collaborations from the KMITL Space Hub Chumporn has evolved into real-workable systems that have been introduced and adopted by selected airports in the region.

We are committed to making the world a safer place to live and to ensure that our innovations align with the SDG 9- Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure initiatives.
